National Domestic Violence Hotline Recognizes Limited Brands Commitment to Families in Need

In a recent news story, the National Domestic Violence Hotline (NDVH) recognized Limited Brands commitment to families in need and the ongoing partnership NDVH has with the company:

Limited Brands CEO Leslie H. Wexner knows how to partner smart business with social responsibility. His company has grown from one clothing shop in Ohio to more than 3,800 retail stores around the country. Wexner believes that "Companies like Limited Brands should be a source for good. For us. For our communities. For the world. The company makes good on those promises by reaching out to the community with creative projects that truly benefit victims of domestic violence. For the fourth consecutive year, Limited Brands partnered with NDVH for the Giving Tree and Adopt a Mom projects. Through these projects, Limited Brands associates personally donate items from shelter wish lists to families in need. This holiday season, associates provided gifts to more than 42,000 families. The commitment to give back continued through the spring and associates donated Mother's Day gifts to more than 34,000 women."
